If you have linked your Facebook or Instagram account to Chatbooster and want to delete associated data, you can do so at any time from the panel.
How to delete your data
- Log in at panel.chatbooster.io
- Open Settings
- Go to the Data & privacy section
- Choose one of the options below
Your options in Settings
1. Remove data
Immediately removes Facebook- and Instagram-related data from our servers. Connected channels and chats are cleared. Features that depend on that connection may stop working. Your Chatbooster login stays active.
2. Delete account
Permanently deletes your Chatbooster account and workspace. This cannot be undone.
3. Email deletion request
If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] with the subject line Facebook Data Deletion Request. We will process your request within the timescales required by applicable data protection laws.
